Things To Do If You Are Planning To Reside At The Georgian Condominiums:

Read the HOA Governing Documents, especially the Rules and Regulations and Policies.
Register for this website to find helpful move-in information. FAQs can answer several questions you may have.
Schedule your move with the Management Company or submit this form 10 days prior.

At closing or upon signing the lease, receive 2 parking tags, assigned parking space number, keys to condo unit, mailbox keys and fobs to the building.

Fees/Deposits: Unit Owners and/or Residents (including tenants) must pay a non-refundable moving fee of $150.00 and a refundable moving deposit of $300. *See the section below for the deposit refund criteria. The moving fee and the moving deposit must be paid with separate checks payable to the Georgian Condominium Association.

*Deposit Refund Criteria: The refundable deposit of $300 will be returned to the Owner/Resident ONLY UPON COMPLETION OF THE FOLLOWING PROCESSES:

The Owner/Resident must schedule the move-in/move-out event at least 10 days prior to the anticipated move date. Any change to the schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the move event. The move can be scheduled at http://www.thegeorgian1515.com/request-manager or directly with the Management Company.
No damage to walls, floors, doors or any Common Area is found after the move event is complete A Community Committee and/or Building Committee member will check the property before and after the move event for any potential damage which occurred during the move and will assist the moving persons with reserving the elevator, training on use of the reserve function, proper method for holding/propping doors open. Nothing in this rule is to be construed to mean that the Owner’s/Resident's damages are limited to the amount of the damage deposit.
For a Move-in event, the Owner(s) and/or Tenant(s) must participate in a New Resident Orientation. Orientation sessions may be scheduled the 1st Saturday of each month, at 10:00 AM, or the 1st Monday of each month, at 6:30 PM. The Orientation will include access to and use of the Georgian website, an overview of the Georgian Governing Documents, and a tour. Schedule the Orientation by emailing georgian.orientation@gmail.com.
The Owner(s) must complete and submit the Owner/Tenant Registrations Form. The form will be included in the Owner closing packet/lease packet and may be submitted to the Management Company. Owners can also complete the form at http://www.thegeorgian1515.com/request-manager. Owners are responsible for completing and submitting these forms for their tenants.

Moving Times: All Move-In/Move-Out events must be completed during the hours of: Monday- Sunday: 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., unless other arrangements are approved by the Board.

Locations: All move-in/move-out events must take place in the back of the building, not through the front lobby. No moving of any kind is permitted through the front entry lobby. Oversized furniture and appliances shall be moved in or out by the stairwells only.

Cleanup: All boxes are to be flattened and disposed of in the outdoor trash bin. DO NOT push boxes down the trash chute. Leave no items or messes in any common area.
